Al
has spent his whole
life here and has
seen a lot of changes
over the years. He
enjoys being a “scaryteller” and
loves it when visitors
share stories of
their own paranormal
experiences. When
asked if ghosts are
a reality he replied; “Well,
I believe our minds
create our reality,
although I must admit,
in my mind I could
never have created
a job as cool as
this."
"Al was
extremely knowledgeable
and a very good
story teller. This
compares very well
with numerous ghost
walks we've done."

Trish was born and raised here and now she's raising her family here. She is a vetran “scaryteller” who also lectures and does living history. Her answer when asked if she believes in ghosts; “Yes, I’ve seen too many weird things not to.” Her favorite local ghost story is the tragic tale of the wreck of the Norwegian ship, Dictator, that took the lives of the captain’s wife and young son. (The way she tells it will bring tears to your eyes.)
"Trish
was very thorough
and
conversational.
The stories were
well explained
and researched.
I'm a local and
learned a lot of
good, local history."

This is Rick's second year as a "scaryteller" and he just gets better and better. Rick is originally from Philadelphia but moved to this area 12 years ago. Being both an actor and a director Rick is very comfortable in front of a audience. As an actor he has performed locally in Rebecca, Funny Money, The Hairy Ape, and M*A*S*H. His local directing credits include Shadowlands, Lost in Yonkers, and Red Herring.
"Very
informative,
I got chills
up
my spine. When
Rick spoke of
little Carl's cries
being heard the
hair on my arms
stood up."
